Tony set an example of service to country, excellence in profession, devotion to family and bravery in the face of illness that few of us can hope to emulate, and we are poorer for his loss. It was an honour and a privilege to serve with Tony.
Our thoughts and wishes go out to his family and friends, who, despite the foreknowledge of his departure, and a lifetime of wonderful memories, must still suffer the bitterness of the empty space in the future where Tony no longer stands.
Lest we forget,
Captain Glenn Kerr, RAN
(former Provost Marshal ADF)
