John passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, on Thursday 2 March 2023 after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
Beloved husband of Barbara (dec.). Adored father and father-in-law of Ian McClung, Jennifer and Ian Rixon, and Suzanne and Michael Ryan. Treasured and adoring Pa to Lucy, Georgia, Grace, Eliza, Samuel and Anna. Devoted son of Frances (Chic) and Allan (both dec.). Loving elder brother to Barry (dec.) and Robert.

Family warmly invites friends to attend his celebration of life to be held at St Clements Anglican Church, Yass, on Tuesday 14 March 2023. Commencing at 11am.
