With all the recent media around funeral directors after the University of Sydney published an article, we felt we should clarify a few things for our community.

Here is our personal response:
– We don’t mark up invoices we receive on your behalf (Flowers, Celebrants, etc.) Most of our ‘suppliers’ are local and trusted businesses.
– We rarely ‘up-sell’. We believe it is up to the family (or person(s) arranging) to determine how you say goodbye to your loved one. We do our best to accomodate the deceased and your wishes. You are welcome to arrange any services you choose.
